We are pleased to inform you that we have managed to define and implement actions towards a future in which we focus on digital technologies and crisis resilience. Thanks to the financial support of the European Union, we have completed the KPO project under the NextGenerationEU program:

"Increasing the resilience and competitiveness of Willa Lubicz Sp. z o.o. to crisis situations through the diversification of conducted activities"

Project goals:

• Diversification of the offered activities by starting to provide a new, publicly available service
• Modernization of the service base
• Increasing the group of potential recipients
• Applying process automation in the scope of "digital transformation"
• Minimizing the seasonality of the facility
• Ensuring service availability for a wider range of recipients (the recipients of the new services are both hotel guests and the local community)
• Building awareness and developing marketing skills of the management staff in introducing the new service to the market

Planned project effects:

• Implementation of digital processes
• Offering a new service
• Increasing the availability of the offer and expanding the group of potential recipients

Project value: 141,703.38 PLN

Amount of European Funds contribution: 103,685.40 PLN

Thanks to the obtained grant, we are already benefiting from both the new service, i.e., the salt cave with a brine graduation tower, and the electronic lock system controlled by a WEB application and a PIN code
